Giovanni Veronesi, after a few years of experience in the construction field, founded the Giovanni Veronesi Building Company in 1975, soon specializing in the field residential renovations, conservative restoration and new buildings, making use of specialized manpower.

At the end of the 90s, after graduating as a junior-architect, his daughter Laura Veronesi joined the company, settling in the field of design, administrative management and human resources, as well as practices relating to safety and site organization; she also carries out, in parallel, the activity of designer.

In recent years, his son Mauro Veronesi, who graduated in architecture and building construction at the Milan Polytechnic, has also joined the team. Together with his father Giovanni, he directly follows the construction site activity. In 2019 the sole proprietorship transformed into a company, taking the name of Costruzioni Veronesi srl
